Our team is expanding and has a global footprint of more than 60 people. We have offices in Dublin, Waterford and New York and remote employees spread out from the west coast of North America all the way to Melbourne. We work flexibly and operate as a remote friendly company so our team in the vicinity of offices can choose the home / office arrangement that works best for them.
Please note: This role is based in the Republic of Ireland, and we cannot facilitate remote working outside of Ireland for this position. We cannot provide visa sponsorship for this role.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale high-impact features across our platform. You’ll work across the full stack, influence architecture, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
Own features end-to-end: design, build, deploy, and support
Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making
Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design)
Mentor engineers and promote best practices
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience building scalable software
Strong backend skills (Java/Spring Boot, Python preferred)
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React)
Solid database experience (PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
Experience building ETL pipelines for large scale near-real-time data ingestion, developing BI solutions
Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS architecture, and system design
Experience working in Agile teams

Our interview process takes place remotely via teams and typically involves the following:
A 45-minute call where we’ll ask you about your current and previous roles and explore some technical questions with you.
An assignment following the first stage interview which we expect to take no longer than 2 hours of your time.
A final-round interview to discuss the assignment and follow up questions.
We may follow up with a final stage interview, to discuss any feedback before making a final decision.
